Can you hardly wait to receive your new, delicious product? We can easily understand that! That's why we made it easy and simple to track your order. It is currently only possible to track orders with shipments from Postnord. Please note that registrations may be delayed by up to 24 hours. If your order is not provided by Postnord, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would rather than like to see how far your order is.

Delivery options
Pick up at the store – after 3 hours

If the item is in stock in the store, you can save all the shipping costs by making a reserve for your item online and downloading it. Your products are ready to be picked up after just 3 hours and you save the freight.

You will be able to pick up the item within 2-5 business days. However, you will have to pay for your order before it is shipped.

At, at most of our range, you have the opportunity to get your order delivered within 2 hours in Copenhagen and the Aarhus area.

If you want to get the item delivered on a specific date and get the goods carried into your home, we'll do it for a small amount too! When you make your order you can easily and conveniently select the desired delivery time and date. You will receive a reminder the day before the agreed delivery, and for the sake of good order the driver typically rings 30 minutes before delivery and confirms that he is on his way. The price is based on the fact that the driver can handle the task alone.


When will I receive my order?

My product has come, but is transport damaged. What should I do?
